1/8″ stock, hard as a woodpecker’s lips and ground down to an atom. Behold our first non-rough-use knife since the potato knives and our first hollow ground production model since the skinners. Is it a tactical santoku? It’s light as a feather and cuts like a laser. 10″ hollow ground in either modified Delta 3V at HRC 61.5-62 or Magnacut. The rear swedge is thin and can be sharpened. The swedge does not come all the way to the point to prevent the tip from being overly fragile.
